Phoenix, AZ - so named because it’s so hot you feel like you’ll die and burst into flames, and birthplace of this idiot narrator that thought coming here in August wouldn’t be so bad - is lucky(?) number 13. Duration and mileage wise the trip is ½ over, quantity just over ¼. I’m just about an hour less than a day behind. I may take an entire day off in Austin just to decompress a bit.
