Day 7: Pancakes!
Want to know what I figured out you can make with the ingredients I’ve already bought that are good, cheap, higher in calories than what I’ve been eating, quick, and not eggs, but contain eggs, because yay protein? Whole wheat pancakes!
The recipe at the above link? Only 80 cents for a couple of servings (I had room in daily budget so I ate both). They’re pretty good too.
Tomorrow isn’t going to be a day of the challenge, I’ve got a work lunch meeting where food is provided and tomorrow night is a dinner with a bunch of friends to wish one that is relocating soon best wishes. So that means a pause on this and a return to regular programming.
A week done and if I can keep this up, it should be a nice donation.
